Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the referral scheme (“Scheme”) offered by Plan With Grace Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By participating in the Scheme, both the person making the referral (“Referrer”) and the individual being referred (“Referred”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

Referrer
The Referrer must be an existing customer with an active funeral plan held with Plan With Grace Ltd.

Referred
The Referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously held a funeral plan with Plan With Grace Ltd.

Reward Details

• Reward Amount: The Referrer will receive a £50 gift voucher for each successful referral.

• Voucher Options: Amazon or Love2Shop gift vouchers.

• Issuance: The voucher will be sent by email within 10 days after the Referred’s funeral plan has successfully completed its statutory cooling-off period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions

• Qualifying Purchase: The Referred must complete the purchase of a funeral plan, and the plan must remain active after the cooling-off period.

• Referral Limit: Only one referral reward is available per Referred individual.

• Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

General Terms

• Amendments: We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

• Fraud Prevention: Any suspected fraudulent or abusive activity may result in disqualification from the Scheme and forfeiture of any rewards.

• Data Protection: All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
